This machine can be operated both from touch panel and operation switch button.
Necessary parameters for operation can be easily registered from the screen the
screen.
Own designed shaft drive system realizes free from complicated belt drive
adjustment work and troubles.
While guide for vibration protection of circular saw is installed inside of the circular
saw cover, vibration of circular saw is controlled during cutting, and also the cutting
surface is kept fine and life time of the saw is optimized.
Single axe manipulator is applied for the constant length feeder, and realizes high
precision of stop position for cutting.
Upper part of the machine is covered by full open cover and it avoids splitting
cutting chips out of machine and further more drive unit part is isolated from
the cutting rooms so to not be contaminated with chips. While front part of
the cover is transparent, you can observe the cutting progress.
