This system is designed to automate steps from sample reception, preparation of solvent, to preparation of solution for analysis. In 24 hours operation in automatic mode, it can remarkably reduce the work load of analysis, and helps lot to cost savings.

There are two ways of analysis in soil, liquation and contents analysis. We succeeded to automate four preparation methods out of seven methods.
2. Shorten filtering time
Using suction filtering with cartridge filter for pre-filtering process, the filtering time is improved remarkably compared with conventional normal drop filtering. Further more both of pre-filtering and main filtering cartridges are combined in one cassette, it does not requires any more change of vessel.
3. Prevent contamination by automatic cleaning
Funnel is cleaned with cleaning device by pure water and air blow combinations every time after filtering completion to avoid contamination.
