Preparation machine for XRF and OES analysis
■Multi functional machine
Model AS-B Fully automatic preparation machine
Preparation machine for steel samples in conical shape (bomb type) by XRF or OES analysis. Two stages rotation cutting for to grind sample by belt or cup-wheel both for coarse and fine grinding, and sliced sample to punch for gas analysis.
Model AS-M Fully automatic preparation machine
Instead of belt grinding, this model using milling for grinding. Surface by milling is far better than normal grinding and reaches roughness of Rmax10μm. As a result the analysis precision of XRF is several times better than normal grinding.
Model SGM Fully automatic preparation machine
Machine only dedicated to Cutting and milling function for XRF and OES analysis to conical samples.
It keeps high cost performance to the Customer not doing gas analysis.
■Milling・grinding
Model TCS Milling machine
Type: Fully automatic
Milling head: double heads

The machine is equipped with powerful automatic clamp to hold the sample tight and two rigid milling heads to in a compact enclosure to grinding the surface of the sample for XRF and OES analysis. After milling, prepared sample is carried automatically to analysis instruments by conveyor. Also magazine or conveyor is possible to connect to introduce samples to the machine automatically. With selecting best matching cutting chips to each of the heads, you can cover to big variety of the metals from soft non-ferrous to hard iron or special steel.
Model SM Milling machine
Type: Fully automatic
Milling head: single head

The machine is equipped with powerful automatic clamp to hold the sample tight and two rigid milling heads to in a compact enclosure to grinding the surface of the sample for XRF and OES analysis. After milling, prepared sample is carried automatically to analysis instruments. Also magazine or conveyor is possible to connect to introduce samples to the machine automatically. You can optimize the milling chips best matching one to your metal grade such as Aluminum, copper, iron, carbon steel, special steel etc.
Model TS Milling machine
Type: Automatic
Milling head: single head

After setting the sample manually in clamping position, milling is performed automatically. Milling depth and milling speed can be selected from the program number on operation panel pre-defined for each program. Same rigid clamp and head is used as above SM and keeping same performance.
Model TSE Milling machine
Type: Semi automatic Milling
Head: Single head

With jig, grinding depth is adjusted and clamped the sample manually. Milling is performed automatically. Same rigid clamp and head is used as above SM and keeping same performance.   
Model SG Automatic cup-wheel grinding machine
All function necessary for grinding cast iron, pig iron, or special hard steel for instrument analysis are integrated into the machine, though compact and keeping high cost performance. After setting the sample on the turn table, it grinds the sample automatically.

Option:
Conveyor connection to analysis instrument. Dust collector.
Model CGA Automatic cup-wheel grinding machine
This machine is for dry grinding of cast iron to investigate Spheroidization of graphite in the sample.
Model SB1 Sample belt grinder
After setting the sample at clamping device, it automatically grinds the sample. The machine has following charactors

Model SR1 Desktop Precision Cut-Off Machine
This machine is a desktop type abrasive cut-off machine designed for cutting various materials from soft to hard materials, such as metals, electronics boards, ceramics, or crystals in metallographic researches for material research and development.
Model SH Dry abrasive cut-off machine
The machine cuts the block sample for analysis in dry.
Set a block or bomb shaped steel sample in the middle of both vises and close the cover. Push the start bottom on and then automatically vise closes and clamps the sample and move the sample to cutting position. While covered completely it is safe and free from dust during cutting. Heavy waist is collected into the pool box and remaining fine dust is collected at dust collector.

Double rotating cut-off machine for conical (bomb) steel sample, to prepare slice sample for gas analysis and disk sample for OES/XRF analysis.

■Gas analysis
Model PSB Pin cutter
This machine removes pin at the gate of disk sample.
  • Open the cover and set the sample at cutting position, then close the cover and push start switch. It is simple, fast and safe.
  • Safety circuit is included not to cut if cover is open nor sample is not set.

Model RS Fully automatic chip gathering machine
This machine is for collecting chip samples for gas analysis from samples for OES/XRF analysis or test pieces for tensile testing etc.

This system automatically receives and feeds the grain sample punched out from preparation machine and carried by air tube to CS Gas analyzer.

This system handles the pot with the sample in and graphite crucible both set on turn table, to feed them automatically to ON Gas analyzer for automatic analysis.

This machine removes completely the film covering on the sample surface in order to analyze gas contents such as oxygen or nitrogen etc. with latest plasma technology.
■Centrifugal molding machine
Model CC High frequency centrifugal molding machine
This machine melts and casts the metal sample to suitable shape for instrument analysis such as XRF or OES.
You can produce very easily samples for instrument analysis from scrap or for set up samples.

■Powder
Model BS Fully automatic high frequency bead sampler
Powder sample for analyzing with XRF such as Cement material (raw mill, clinker, etc.) and slag sample in steel making process, is automatically fused and molded to glass bead. Analysis accuracy is much improved while sample is non-crystallized by bead and avoided the influence from mineralogical structure changes.
Model BF1 Fusion machine for glass bead and ICP/AA analysis
Weight of Sample and solvent is measured and put into the Pt crucible by operator. After set the crucible at melting position sample is automatically melted with the melting program pre-set for bead or ICP.

Model IM1A Asbestos preparation machine
Following to the various regulations enforced to control elimination of asbestos during dismantling constructions, collected sample of asbestos have to be ground under 500μm for analysis. In order to avoid scattering hazardous small particles of asbestos and to keep safety working conditions, coarse and fine grinding and cleaning is performed in completely closed construction by gloves box access.
